Overview

This website is operated by Inner Bloom. Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Inner Bloom. By visiting our site or purchasing from us, you engage in our service and agree to be bound by the terms below.

Please read these terms carefully. If you do not agree to all of them, you should not use this site or buy from us.

Who can order

By using this site you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your state, or that you have the consent of a parent or guardian. You may not use our products or site for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

Our products

Everything we sell is made by hand in small batches in Houston, Texas. Because of that, small variations in color, texture, surface finish and scent strength are normal and are part of how the products are made.

We do our best to display the colors and images of our products accurately, but we cannot guarantee that your screen shows them exactly as they are in person.

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, to discontinue any product at any time, and to refuse any order.

About skin and sensitivities

Our products are cosmetics, not medicine. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or condition, and nothing on this site should be taken as medical advice.

Every skin is different. Ingredients are listed on every product page. If you have sensitive skin, allergies or a known reaction to any botanical or essential oil, please review the ingredients before buying, and test a small area of skin first. Discontinue use if irritation occurs. If you are pregnant, nursing or under medical care, consult your doctor before using products containing essential oils.

Candle safety

Candles are an open flame and must be used responsibly. Never leave a burning candle unattended. Keep away from children, pets, drafts and anything flammable. Trim the wick before each use and never burn for more than four hours at a time. Stop use when about half an inch of wax remains. We are not liable for damage or injury caused by improper use of a candle.

Pricing and payment

All prices are in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. We take care to describe and price everything accurately, but errors can happen. If a product is listed at an incorrect price, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund you in full, even if the order has already been confirmed.

You agree to provide current and accurate purchase and account information for every purchase.

Orders

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. We may limit or cancel orders that appear to be placed by dealers or resellers, or that we believe to be fraudulent.

Shipping and returns

Shipping and returns are governed by our Shipping Policy and our Refund and Return Policy, which form part of these terms.

Intellectual property

All content on this site, including photographs, product descriptions, text, graphics, logos and the Inner Bloom name, belongs to us and is protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce or use it commercially without our written permission.

Reviews and submissions

If you send us comments, photographs, reviews or suggestions, you grant us the right to use, edit and publish them in any medium without obligation to you. You are responsible for anything you submit and confirm that it does not violate anyone else's rights. We may remove content we consider unlawful, offensive or misleading.

Prohibited uses

You may not use this site or its content for any unlawful purpose, to infringe on anyone's rights, to submit false information, to upload malicious code, to collect other people's personal information, to interfere with security features, or to send spam.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

We do not guarantee that your use of this site will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free. Our products and services are provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind except those that cannot be excluded by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Inner Bloom and its owners, employees and suppliers are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or our products. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.
