How long does shipping take?
U.S. orders ship within 2 business days and arrive in 3–7 days depending on your zip. International orders take 7–14 business days. Free shipping on orders over $75.
Do you test on animals?
No — never. Inner Bloom is 100% cruelty-free, Leaping Bunny certified. None of our raw materials are tested on animals either, by us or by our suppliers.
What's the refill program?
Send your empty candle vessel back to us (we cover the label) and we'll refill it at 20% off retail.
Safe for sensitive skin?
Our soaps are formulated for all skin types — including sensitive. No synthetic fragrance, parabens, sulfates, or phthalates.
Can I visit the studio?
Yes. We're open to visitors Saturdays 11–4 by appointment.
